Yoga for Mama
Marion Loisance
Hi, I’m Marion, a fertility and perinatal yoga teacher, mother of two, and advocate for maternal wellbeing. The seeds of my business Yoga for Mama were planted when I did my yoga teacher training eight years ago while pregnant with my first daughter, as I instantly knew I wanted to support women through this transformative stage of life. My classes invite you to slow down, tune in, and build strength — physically, emotionally, and mentally — while connecting with other women in the same season of motherhood. Guiding mothers is my greatest honour and joy. I am looking forward to meeting you. With love and kindness, always. Marion x

We are a small practice of two OTs, each with over 10 years experience working across disability, education, early intervention and mental health services. We both have children. I have two boys and Fi has two girls - the perfect match! We offer mobile sessions across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and Port Stephens. Sol Rising Kinesiology
Jacqueline Moran
Hi, I’m Jackie, an Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiologist. I use gentle muscle reflex testing to tap into your subconscious mind to allow you to release stress and bring balance back to your body’s energy systems. My journey from client to kinesiologist was a deeply personal one. A few years ago, I found myself at a crossroads in life, navigating some very hard times and learning what it truly means to rebuild from the inside out. Through that process, I began to rise - slowly, gently - and in that rising, I found a new life. I know what it’s like to feel lost, disconnected and numb. What I love about my sessions is connecting with beautiful souls, and guiding them back to their light. Sol Rising Kinesiology was born from my transformation and the gentle nudges that kept pushing me in this direction. It’s a space for healing, for rediscovering your light, and for finding your way through the hard parts of life, just as I did. I support women who are ready to move beyond self-doubt and the quiet limitations they’ve been living within. Women who feel an inner knowing that there is more available to them — more alignment, more truth, more joy, and a deeper expression of who they truly are. Women who sense they are meant for a fuller, more expansive life, and are ready to step into it with clarity, confidence, and embodied self-worth.

Abbey focuses on building skills in a way that fits naturally into family life, helping children gain confidence while empowering parents and caregivers with practical, realistic strategies they can use at home.
